The House Saga

Thankfully we were able to avoid Foreclosure and  "Short Sale" our home. We found buyers who have been hanging on for quite some time now with all that the lender has been putting us/them through.  Our Garage collapsed on October 29, 2012 due to Hurricane Sandy and after nearly 8 months of legal red tape our Contractor was finally able to do the demo. Today we face a new hurdle, once he removed the debris and inspected the garage foundation he discovered, it too was damaged and needed to be removed and re-laid, which means mo' money .
